Located in Savigny-les-Beaune, this domain was created by Léonce Bocquet in 1859, then sole owner of Château du Clos Vougeot. Lucien Gustave Martenot acquired the domain in early 20th Century. Through generations with its renowned founders, François Martenot is now managed by Charlotte Martenot who has extended her wines to all the appellations from Burgundy to Beaujolais. It covers the entire Burgundy vineyard with 24 different appellations from regional to Grand Cru.

A prestigious Burgundy estate, Maison Francois Martenot is located in Beaune, the capital of Burgundy. With a long history of winemaking, which dates back to the 19th Century, Maison Francois Martenot has achieved global recognition for its ability to produce a wide array of excellent quality and value Burgundian appellation wines.

Nose of flowers, vanilla as well as hazelnut and butter. On the palate it is round and fat. Beautiful wooded finish, fine, delicate, with a nice freshness.
